More Pictures from Epstein's Property Made Public by Democratic US Lawmakers

Development blueprints for Epstein's personal Caribbean island featured within the photographs.

Furthermore contained in this latest document drop seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.

Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

These photos suggest he had formulated plans to transform the 161-acre island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.

Visible on the blueprint is a channel, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.

The architectural drawing is marked up in notations in red and features a key labelling different areas of the estate.

Alongside this are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, including layouts for marina coverings.

Additional materials disclosed as part of the ongoing oversight disclosure.
